By accessing or using FlowAllWay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Description of Service
FlowAllWay is a real-time queue management platform that allows:
- •Business users to manage customer queues digitally
- •Display queue codes in real-time to customers
- •Generate QR codes for customer queue tracking
- •Manage team members with role-based access
- •Personal users to track their position in queues and save favorites
User Accounts
Account responsibilities:
Personal accounts for individuals; Business accounts for commercial establishments
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account
Each person or business should have only one account
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Impersonate other users or businesses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Share false or misleading business information
- Use automated systems to abuse the platform
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
- Circumvent or disable security features
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of FlowAllWay are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of your content (logos, images, business information) but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
FlowAllWay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Data loss (though we implement regular backups)
- Third-party actions or content
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- •Violation of these terms
- •Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- •Abuse of the platform or other users
- •Extended period of inactivity
- •Legal or regulatory requirements
You may appeal a suspension by contacting our support team. We will review your case within 30 days.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, unless prohibited by local law.
