How do I create an account?

Click on "Create Account" on the login page and fill in your business information. You'll receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

How do I manage my queue?

After logging in, select your establishment and navigate to the Queue page. You can update codes in real-time using the keyboard interface.

How do customers follow the queue?

Generate a QR Code from the QR Code page and display it at your establishment. Customers can scan it to follow the queue in real-time.

Can I have multiple establishments?

Yes! Business accounts can manage multiple establishments. Switch between them using the establishment selector in the sidebar.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Team Management in your dashboard and click "Add Member". Enter their email and assign a role (Admin, Manager, or Employee).

What if my account is suspended?

If your account is suspended, you'll receive an email with the reason and instructions. Contact our support team using any of the channels above to resolve the issue.
